1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed and fully paid bag orders will be reviewed, packaged, and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation. Processing operations do not include weekends and official United States public holidays.
During peak sales seasons and promotional events with heavy order volume, standard processing timelines may be slightly extended. We will send formal email notifications to customers promptly if any substantial delays occur, keeping buyers updated on the latest order status.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated according to package dimensions, product weight and shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page prior to payment, allowing full transparency for all logistics charges.
Our standard shipping service requires an estimated delivery time of 15 business days after dispatch. All delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Actual delivery progress may be affected by carrier logistics delays, customs clearance procedures, adverse weather conditions, regional logistics limitations, and holiday operational suspensions.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your bag order completes warehouse packaging and outbound delivery, you will receive an official shipment confirmation email. This message will include your unique tracking number and corresponding logistics carrier details for order monitoring.
Tracking information will be activated and accessible on the official logistics inquiry system within 24 to 48 hours after the package is picked up. Newly dispatched orders may show temporary no-data status during system synchronization, which is a normal logistics process.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are solely responsible for submitting accurate, complete and valid shipping addresses, zip codes and contact details during checkout. Please double-check all delivery information before submitting your order to avoid logistics exceptions.
Gerard Justice shall not assume liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address information. Any packages returned to our warehouse due to address errors will require the customer to cover all reshipping fees, with original shipping costs non-refundable.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is deemed lost during transit, you must submit a loss investigation request to our customer support team within 3 calendar days following the expected delivery date. Our team will coordinate with the logistics provider to verify the loss situation and process follow-up solutions.
Long-distance transportation may cause unavoidable extrusion, scratches or structural damage to bag products. If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our support team within 24 hours upon package receipt. You are required to provide clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged product areas for official verification. We will evaluate the issue and deliver a proper resolution in a timely manner.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
All bag products sold in our store come with dedicated care instructions tailored to different materials, including leather, canvas and synthetic fabrics. Buyers should follow the official guidance for daily use, storage and routine maintenance of all purchased bags.
Any product damage, deformation, fading or accessory failure caused by improper cleaning, unsuitable storage environments, unauthorized modification or rough daily use is classified as human-induced damage. Gerard Justice does not provide after-sales liability or compensation for damage caused by improper product usage.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
International cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees imposed by the local customs authority of the destination country. Charges vary based on local trade policies and commodity management regulations.
All customs and import-related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Product prices and shipping fees charged by our store exclude any customs expenses. We are not liable for package detention, forced return or disposal caused by unpaid customs fees or non-compliance with local import rules.
